I have owned this for about 9 months. I use it for my vender events about once a month!! Sadly the top is tearing from the sharp edges in the middle of the sides where it rubs a lot. The reinforcement pieces with Velcro are not lined up properly with it. So I will either have to buy a new top, or figure out a way to patch it.Very satisfied and appreciated for the convenience and speedy delivery. Thank you Amazon.com ? ?It is a cute tent, easily assembled with 4 people. It comes with sides to protect from the weather, but shouldn't be out in the rain as the canopy collects the water. It's a great tent to keep on hand for extra shade at backyard parties. Had an issue but customer service did right by me and replaced it.I liked the fact that the tent is large and versatile, which accommodates a large number of people for outdoor events. I have used it three times since purchasing in June, but now have observed that the canopy tension release buttons (red buttons) have started coming off, which makes folding the tent very difficult. With the red tension release missing, you cannot easily prepare the tent to be folded. In other words, after using the tent three times, it is now disabled and may make assembling the tent impossible. I wish for this price, that these parts were more durable and stable. Not sure if the manufactures warranty still comes into play but I would not advise making this purchase unless you buy the extended warranty. This is very disappointing.This product came on time and was not at all damaged by delivery company. As far as the product goes however First of all the set up video on line is not a good one . It was not hard to figure out the set up but the first thing I noticed was the buttons to click the top into place keep popping off and the springs go flying. Not sure how long this product will last. The frame is very cheep and there’s a lot of flexing going on in the legs. Hopefully I will get at least 2 years out of this but I will not replace it with the same brand . Not my best purchase but I guess I’ve learned a lesson…Fantastic to use, has bags for weights but weights did not come with the kit. Make sure to bring your own if you need them.Aloha, The reviews that say the cover material is very thin and easily rips are TRUE. We purchased 9 tents for a 1 day event. We read both good and bad reviews, but decided to take a chance as the good seemed to outweigh the bad and this provider had the quantity we needed, when many other Amazon suppliers showed they only had one of two tents available. All of the tent tops had at least one rip by mid-day and multiple rips by the end of the day. Tents brought to the event by others that had thicker material did just fine - No rips. The structure was okay and one person could put it up by themselves with more time, but we used two people as it's more efficient. Also, when we went to pack the tent back into the provided roller bag, two of the zippers broke. However, the wheels where nice to have.Nice size & easy to set up.
