It’s very lightweight and easy to tote the only problem is that the pegs don’t want to stay in the sand. I had to put a huge pile of sand of the pegs to keep it in the ground. I suggest getting your own pegsEasy to step up, but takes a bit to maneuver it to fold it back up - works easiest with two people trying to pack it up. Lets the breeze come through to keep you cool.I have used this a few times. I use it to hide from the sun during football games. While it provides great protection from the sun, it also keeps in the heat and increases the radiated heat. Also, the sides can get very hot to the point they burn to the touch. Air flow is also an issue so make sure you stake it down, otherwise it is a big balloon.So this was okay… we used it once. So I may edit… the stakes did not hold it down. IT WAS WINDY. So that’s why I didn’t go down I more stars. My littles could go in to get away from Sun which was awesome! It’s bigger than I expected but folded down very nicely. (After watching a YouTube video on how to fold it.) the bag it comes in also held a few more items which was pretty cool to!It’s a little hard to fold but everything else including size is really good. Only 2 adults and maybe 1 kid would fit inside.We packed this for a trip to california. It pops up easily and and folds up just as easy.Great purchase! Took elderly relative to Hawaii and was concerned about the lack of shade at the beach so I purchased this half tent. It was perfect for her foldable chair and all our beach stuff. To say 4 people will fit, that would be tight. It is more like 2 people in my opinion. The size was perfect to fit at the bottom of the luggage for traveling and light weight to carry. Super easy to open (just pops open), but highly recommend two people to close it. Good luck and no regrets with this purchase!when we go to my daughters softball games, i pack this for my son, so he has a nice cool spot to stay. it is very easy to assemble. all the softball brothers end up soaking up the shade in this tent.
